At Glossy, we value fairness and professionalism in every transaction. Our refund policy is designed to protect both you and us, and it applies only in appropriate and reasonable situations.

Please note, Once the agreed-upon work has been completed, delivered, and all files have been provided to you, a refund request may not be honored. At that point, the service has been fulfilled, and requesting a refund would be considered unfair to the time, effort, and resources already invested.

We do accept refund requests in the following cases,If work has not yet begun,If there is a clear issue or failure to meet the agreed scope (subject to review).If both parties agree to cancel the project before completion.

Our policy is in place to ensure fair treatment for everyone involved — not to be taken advantage of. Any misuse of the refund policy may affect future interactions or services.

Terms Of Service
Overview
Welcome to Glossy! These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we provide our 3D modeling, animation, and digital art commission services. By placing an order or working with us, you agree to these terms.
Order Process
All commissions begin with a detailed discussion about your project (style, scope, deadline, etc.). A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon. The final balance must be paid in full before delivery of the final files.
Revisions
We offer up to 1-2 revision rounds included in the price. Minor adjustments during this time are expected. Major changes that significantly alter the scope of the original request (e.g., redesigning a character or changing animation style) may result in additional charges.
Delivery & Timeline
Estimated delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or unclear client feedback — we will keep you informed if this happens. Final files are delivered via email or cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) unless another method was arranged beforehand.
Usage Rights
Personal Use: You may use the final artwork, models, or animations for personal projects, portfolios, or social media.
Commercial Use: If you intend to use the work commercially (e.g., for a game, merchandise, advertising), this must be agreed upon before work begins , as it may affect pricing and licensing.
Redistribution / Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or include the work in template/resource packs without prior written permission from the artist.
Copyright
All commissioned work remains the intellectual property of Glossy unless explicitly transferred in writing. Credit is appreciated when sharing the work publicly.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered before any work has begun , or if both parties mutually agree to cancel the project. Once work has started or files have been delivered, refunds are generally not available, as described in our Refund Policy, please refer to the Refund policy at the top,

Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration, clients are expected to:
Provide clear references and instructions
Respond to questions or requests for clarification in a timely manner
Notify us of any changes to the project scope early on
Prohibited Content
I reserve the right to refuse commissions containing:
Hate speech, racism, sexism, or harmful stereotypes
Nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive material
Illegal or unethical content
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may apply. If I terminate the agreement due to inappropriate behavior or misuse, no refund will be issued.
Disputes
Any disputes should first be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, arbitration or mediation may be pursued under local laws.
These terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
